Vendors may set up after 6PM the Friday night prior to the event.
Day of Molena Bigfoot Fest setup must be complete by 8:45 with vehicles removed.
Breakdown begins at 5:00 and must be complete by 5:30

We are thrilled to announce the date of the upcoming Molena Bigfoot Fest & Elkins Creek 5K plus One Mile Fun Run/Walk , a vibrant celebration of music, community, and patriotism. As part of our commitment to creating an unforgettable event, we invite local vendors and musicians to be an integral part of this special occasion.
Event Details:
Date: November 09, 2024
Time: 5K 9 a.m.
Fun Run/Walk 10 a.m.
Main Event 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Location: Downtown Molena, GA
Why Participate?

- Wildlife Art and Decor: Showcase beautiful wildlife paintings, sculptures, or home decor items inspired by nature
- Eco-Friendly Products: Some items in this category could include reusable bamboo utensils, organic cotton clothing, or handmade beeswax wraps.
- Pet Supplies and Accessories: Pet-related vendors can provide products such as pet toys, leashes, collars, and even pet-themed apparel. Many festival attendees are pet lovers, so these offerings can attract a dedicated audience. There are typically dogs in attendance, so we enjoy catering to them.
- Nature-Inspired Crafts: Handmade crafts using natural materials—such as wooden birdhouses, pressed flower art, or botanical prints—can resonate with attendees who appreciate the beauty of the outdoors.
Application Process:
If you are interested in participating, please complete the vendor application, which can be found at https://www.molenaga.com/molena-bigfoot-fest-elkins-creek-5k-event-forms. Food vendors, please note there is a separate form just for you.
Spaces are limited, so early registration is recommended. The deadline for applications is September 30, 2024.
Cost and Logistics:
- Booth fees vary based on booth size and location.
- Vendors are responsible for their own setup, including tables, chairs, and displays.
- Electricity and water access will be provided; however vendors are responsible for providing their own extension cords. .

- Download the vendor application form from our website www.molenaga.com. Look under the Festivals and Events tab.
- Complete the form and submit it via email to molenacityhall@molenaga.com
- Payment instructions will be provided upon acceptance.
